On July 22 TRIBUTE project consortium gathered for the second Steering Committee meeting, which was again held online due to unpredictable epidemiological situation. Nevertheless, project partners had an opportunity to discuss several technical steps of the project with an emphasis on two work packages of utter importance to TRIBUTE project: Methodological framework and assessment & identification of action plans supporting the implementation of innovative and sustainable mobility measures.
Within the 1st work package a significant progress was made on identification of relevant stakeholders - more than 190 different stakeholders were presented, while 57 signed letters of intent were collected. This data has been than used for drafting the methodology for the Living Lab creation, as a new "public-private-people partnership" forms in which citizens, companies, researchers and public administrations collaborate in order to find innovative solutions for the urban mobility. This cannot be achieved without proper action plans. Therefore, Municipality of Milan scheduled 3 thematic technical meetings with the TRIBUTE project partners, regarding the specific goals of project partners’ Action Plans and identified pilot actions to be developed within the TRIBUTE living labs. These online meetings were specifically focused on one of the following strategic approaches for sustainable mobility in Adriatic-Ionian region: Innovative public transport services, 'Green' cycling routes network and Management of highly congested road corridors. In accordance with the set goals within TRIBUTE project, City of Sarajevo participated in the sub-group: Innovative public transport services. While doing so, each project partner committed to send inputs necessary for Pilot action identification and its Methodology. With today's date the leader of this 2nd prioritized work package, Municipality of Milan, managed to wrap up activities on pilot action identification data collection, while the collection of inputs on Methodology for the Action Plan has been concluded with October 15.
