IMPETUS - Improving Local Policies on Temporary Uses, a project funded by Interreg Europe, has prepared and published its second handbook, which explores 6 good practices related to contractual models and user agreements for the temporary use of public spaces and buildings in urban regeneration processes.
The examples presented are drawn from the experiences of partners such as the Riga City Council, Tuscany Region, Mazowieckie Region, Métropole Européenne de Lille, Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Agency, Ayuntamiento de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and the City of Sarajevo, a proud partner of this project.
Each good practice provides insights into the resources used, evidence of success, and the potential for adapting these approaches in other cities and regions.
